New College Life Certificate Rules Announced for 1936
State Department of Education announces changes guiding College Life Certificate eligibility for secondary education candidates. Must be 18 or older, a U.S. citizen, hold a degree from an approved institution, and complete at least twenty semesters in professional education with five in supervised teaching practice. Also requires one academic major and two minors in the teaching field, at least 25 semester hours in the major.

President Hoben Honored by Scouts with Silver Beaver

Co eds at Mary Trowbridge House elected officers Tuesday evening for the second semester. Nomination came from the floor and by the nominating committee. Jean Moore was chosen president with Jean Matthews as first vice president, Jane Devlin second vice president, Mary Stroud secretary, and Ruth Demme treasurer. Next year officers will be elected for the whole year under the new constitution adopted this semester.
