Designation of new highway to be asked
A Texas booster group led by W N Ellis and including A H Broad B Simpson H S Snearly A B Reagan and Curtis Norman traveled to Brownwood to push for State Highway No 10. The Brownwood Bulletin outlines county support from Hood to Denton and plan to seek designation as Sherman Del Rio International Highway No 10 with a 80 ft hard surfaced grade funded by federal state and local governments.
