Harper church society handles parsonage project and wedding at Fredericksburg
The Woman's Society of Christian Service at Harper Methodist Church voted to have the parsonage painted and named a committee to arrange the work. The Helping Hand Club met with 12 members and one visitor, electing a new secretary. A local wedding at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg joined Miss Elizabeth Gammenthaler and Sidney Grona, with detailed attire and a reception at the Nimitz Hotel. The Harper baseball team lost to Stonewall 6 to 3 at home and various community visits and local news follow.
