Will Crocker former Johnston clerk of court dies at 86
Will Crocker 86 longtime Johnston County clerk of court died Sunday at SECU Hospice House after brief illness. Born March 15 1937 near Pine Level he was elected clerk in 1977 and served about 38 years retiring 2015. Survived by son Andy Daughtry daughter Vicki Braswell six grandchildren two great grandchildren. Memorial service 11 a.m. Wednesday March 6 at Parrish Funeral Home Selma. He also served on North Carolina General Assembly staff as sergeant at arms.
