Miss Johnston County Grayson Johnson, Miss Cleveland Hannah Stevens, and Miss Smithfield McKayla Young compete in High Point for Miss North Carolina. Warren, 18, from Wilmington and a Hoggard senior with dual enrollment at Cape Fear Community College, found pageantry empowering after joining via the Azalea Festival Princess Pageant. Ward did not respond to a press request and is from Duplin County.
