Secretary of Agriculture Henry Wallace told about 5000 Kansas listeners in Salina that the administration will distribute $31,000,000 to the state within a year under the wheat program. He announced a 30 cent processing tax on domestic wheat and estimated $150,000,000 in revenue, with Kansas receiving about $41,000,000, two thirds in September and the rest next spring.
