Woman Recovering After Belle Crash West of Owensville
A 58 year old Belle woman, Mrs Carl Slate, is hospitalized at St Francis in Washington with injuries from a two car crash two miles west of Owensville yesterday afternoon. Alfred Hollandsworth, 15, of Canaan, driver of the other car, is under observation for possible head and neck injuries. Slate's mother-in-law Mrs Paula Goss also suffered minor bruises and cuts. The State Highway Patrol reported the collision occurred on State Highway 28 around 4:40 p.m. with about 173 dollars damage to each car.
