Forest Fires Burn in Teton and Bridger Reserves

Several fires have raged for a week across the Teton and Bridger Reserves. The first started on Dell creek, a Hobsek tributary, with others on Little Granite and Moccasin creeks. Rangers and men departed Jucky on Tuesday with provisions and equipment to reach Hobuck and the Hite scene.

Printer Arrives to Lead Courier Office in Jackson

Mr. L Laudie of Independence Missouri and formerly of Price Utah arrived in Jackson on Monday afternoon to assume foreman duties at the Courier. He brings 25 years in large U.S. offices and promises improved wire reporting for Courier readers. Also note Pathe Illustrated News draws crowds on Saturdays with film showings and local notices about land matters and a cemetery fence project.

Married Men Beat Benedictines In Jackson Ball Game

In Jackson last Sunday, the married men edged the Benedictines 11 to 10 after a tense opening.
