Ordinance adds water service extensions to city plant rules

An ordinance amends Section 46 of Ordinance 295 to allow water delivery up to the curb for ten dollars and to permit service pipe extensions with city vouchers. It details conditions for streets without mains within 3450 feet of cast iron mains and requires permission procedures for laying service pipes, maintaining minimum main spacing.

If a main is within 350 feet, no extra mains are paid for. service pipes within 350 feet must be financed or laid by others.
