Fr. On last Tuesday night, Jan. 1st, 1907, Alvin Milde led to the Hymeneal altar, Miss Adala Hoffmann. They were married at the home of the bride by Rev. of the Evangelical church. Milde is manager of the E. Milde bottling works and is praised as hustling and sociable. Adala Hoffmann is the eldest daughter of Robert Hoffmann and regarded as an estimable young lady.

Mrs Shockley Dies on New Year Morning at 89
Mrs. Shockley aged 89 was found dead in her bed on New Year’s morning after years of invalidism. Her caregiver J A Armstrong and his wife kept her comforted. she left no immediate relatives as all six children and her husband had died earlier. Funeral by Rev Browning and burial in City Cemetery followed. Her Jackson property was bequeathed to Herman and Chas Davidson and J A Armstrong to pass at her death.

City Dads Discuss Water and Light Plans

They noted a well can supply about 50 gallons per minute on average, with peak needs of around 200 gpm during morning, noon, and evening hours.
