Daughters' Bazaar Planned for December in Town
The Daughters met recently and planned a December bazaar with abundant Christmas gifts. Last winter's bazaar was a perfect success and they intend to surpass it with earnest work. A booth for agricultural products will accompany the event.

Little boy Willie Vaughn dies at Parkland
The three year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Vaughn died Thursday at home in Parkland from dropsy and pneumonia. The remains were interred at Bethel Thursday.

Death of Mrs Lee Covington Smith in Whiteville
