Soldiers in Cuba credit Chamberlains remedy for supply success

A July 23 letter from P. E. Burner of pack-train No. writes from Santiago de Cuba praising Chamberlains Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy as essential during the Battle of Santiago. He says the medicine kept packers healthy and able to deliver ammunition and rations despite violent illness, noting four cases saved his own life. The letter was sent to Chamberlian Medicine Co. and distributed by Flovilla Drug Co.
