Order and by virtue of an 1895 superior court decree the Wig Wam Hotel and all its real and personal property in Butts County Georgia will be sold at public auction at the Jackson courthouse. The sale includes hotel fixtures, equipment, leases, and related rights with bulk sale terms and bonds for title. A new road order is also issued with a November 12 1895 deadline unless opposed.
