Curry conducted the levy on November 5, 1879 with notice given.
Executors of J W McCord Sr deceased offer for sale at the courthouse in Jackson two properties: a two story six room dwelling with attached dining and storage rooms on a six acre lot with a fine water well and a second property, a grist mill on Yellow Water Creek two miles northeast of Jackson known as the McCord Mill, yielding about 5000 bushels yearly. The sale, by order of distribution among heirs, is scheduled for the next November Tuesday.
