Trustee J O Beauchamp will auction all notes and accounts belonging to the Barnes and Saunders estate to the highest bidder for cash, as ordered by Referee Alexander Proudfit on November 8 1901.
Public notice warns all persons not to fish hunt or trespass on lands in Burts County Georgia posted lands with penalties under law. Owner Mrs M E Mallet Jackson Ga states no permission will be given and offenders will be prosecuted.
