Decatur Wins in Georgia House Reconsideration Vote

Atlanta dispatch reports DeKalb delegates Henderson and Morrison sparring over moving the DeKalb courthouse from Decatur to Stone Mountain. Decatur won the division vote 52 to 36 to defeat the motion. A joint resolution invited Hon. J L M Curry and Sec. James Wilson to address the assembly November 29. New bills were introduced including a state tax for government support and a refund provision on illegal tax executions, and a repeal of an attorney fees clause in debt notes.
