The ordinance levies taxes on real estate and other property for town expenses and school support. It sets rates: 0.375 percent on property. 0.2 percent for white schools. 0.2 percent for colored schools. 0.2 percent for debt service. Taxes due by December 20, 1900, with collections and executions for nonpayment. Passed November 2, 1900.
