Jackson Carnival Parade Promises Grand Floral Displays
Carnival notes announce Southern Express Company involvement, a Woman's Social Club float drawn by four gray horses, and invites all county schools and farmers to join December 6 and 7 parades in Jackson. A one fare round trip by rail is set, city funds go to carnival costs, and Phi Kappa and Fifth Regiment Band will contribute.
