W H and J L Barnes executors of John J Barnes late of Butts County Georgia have filed a petition for discharge. The Ordinary cites all interested to show cause at the Court of Ordinary, first Monday in August 1908, this July 6 1908. J H Ham Ordinary.
Notice states a bill will be introduced in the 1908 General Assembly to repeal an act creating the City Court of Fiovilla in Butts County and to define its jurisdiction powers officer elections and other purposes approved August 22 1907.
