The U S Circuit Court in Atlanta dismissed a suit to block Chattanooga Medicine Co from using Zhedford and M A Zhedford & Co on their Black Draught liver medicine. Judge Newman taxed plaintiffs with costs. The firm has long marketed Thedford's Black Draught and operates a large Chattanooga lab with a St. Louis branch and makes McElree’s Wine of Cardus.
