The Iuka Springs Hotel and Lake Resort Company is formed under Mississippi law to own operate a hotel and lake resort near Iuka in Tishomingo County. A late January 1920 notice from the Board of Supervisors in Tishomingo County announces a refund of the Q-mill special school tax collected in error across separate school districts. Taxpayers must file claims with the Clerk to receive the refund.
Hastings 1920 Seed Catalogue offers more than one million packets of easily grown flowers free to customers this spring. The advertisement claims five free packets with no obligation to buy, and invites requests by postal card or letter.
