Notice from the U S Land Office Miles City Montana dated July 28 1911 states Reuben Harris of Ismay Montana filed intent to prove up his 1906 homestead claim for NW4 and NE4 of Section 32 Township 8N Range 6E M P Meridian. The proof to be submitted before Felix Z Gray U S Land Commissioner at Ismay Montana on August 13 witness list includes Albert Roberts Clyde F Burrell Frank Cass and R R Hayden of Ismay Montana. A Korcher Register.
Edgar M. Dingle of Osmay Montana filed notice of intention to make final proof on his 1908 homestead entry No 5265 for the southwest parcel of section 8 township 56 east range 2 in the Miles City land district. The hearing will occur at Ismay Montana on March 28 with U S Commissioner Z Gray presiding.
Florida Rogers files a contest to cancel George M. Tait's Desert Land Entry no. 1817 dated May 12, 1806 for multiple sub sections in Township 4N Range 58E Montana Meridian. The notice, dated July 26 1911, asks the heir to respond within twenty days after the fourth publication or the entry will be canceled. Public notices list publication dates July 28 August 4 11 and 18 1911.
