Department of the Interior notice from Miles City Montana dated April 10 1911 warns John C Carlson of Kimball SD that Nordahl Evenson of Ismay MT filed a contest to cancel Carlson's homestead for Section 32 Township 9N Range 53h Meridian claiming no residence or improvements have been made. Carlson must answer within twenty days after the fourth publication with sworn proof or face cancellation. First publication April 14 1911.
