The U S Land Office at Miles City Montana announces a contest against Desert Land Entry No 1817 filed July 18 1911 by Florida Rogers alleging death intestate of George M Tait May 1911 and lack of final proof by entry deadline. Contestants must answer within twenty days and serve copy on the contestant with proper proof or risk cancellation of the entry. Date of first publication July 25 1941 with subsequent publications.
