Norman C. Templeton announces Republican nomination for Town Clerk to succeed Robert Dashwood. He urges voters to support the Republican ticket, stressing continuity and efficiency, and asks for votes on November 8, 1921, polls 6 A.M. to 6 P.M.
In a village exchange the Catholic Club discusses a Barn Dance at Holy Name Hall. Committees are urged by Chairman Arthur Byrnes to attend a planning meeting on Wednesday November 9 at 7 30 PM to coordinate costumes, food, and entertainment for the event.
Miss Madeline Allen of Hastings and Eugene Kennedy attended St. John’s Hall in White Plains for an Italian American Association event where the one step contest was won. The Gazette invites readers to send in notices and news items for publication.
A union Thanksgiving Day service will be held this year as churches join for a shared worship event. The Irvington Presbyterian Church and other local congregations including the M. B. and St. groups plan the collaborative service at the Irvington Monarch venue.

T Young of New York City Mission will give an illustrated lecture Sunday Nov 13 at 8 p m titled A Tour to Riverside Hospital Rikers Island detailing institutions and chaplain roles.
Mrs Frederick C Laylea and family relocate to the Chatham Hotel New York winter quarters. Miss Lalle E Burroughs and Mrs Stuart Stevenson announce the opening of The Halt Wap House in Ardsley Park on November 10 selling woolens sweaters scarfs and lingerie with hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Mr George Geyer is connected with the Dobbs Ferry Hospital.
Irvington plans Armistice Day activities pending a Proclamation by President Harding. A ceremony at 11:30 in front of the High School or Town Hall will include clergy addresses and a two minute silence from 12:00 to 12:02, followed by the dedication of two spruce trees to Irvington’s fallen. Citizens urged to display the National ensign and gather in groups from 11:00 to 12:30 to honor unknown soldiers and fallen heroes.
Roberts Walker from Scarsdale complains about Edwin A Howe running on the Democratic ticket for Supervisor. He disputes Howe's view that Democrats and Republicans share policies and mischaracterizes Howe's stance on the American Valuation plan and Hoover. Walker urges voters to back Millard for Republican nominee.
A Sunday service at St Barnabas Church drew a large village congregation from Presbyterian Methodist and Episcopal churches. Two speakers from Westchester County Children's Association urged support for Amendment No 6 and a county children's court, stressing the need to vote Yes in the upcoming Tuesday election.

Hallowe en festivities at Kyle School featured Dr and Mrs Kyle hosting boys and parents. Pupils wore dainty original costumes, a judge selected top three prizes after games and activities. The sand man visit lulled children to sleep as parents traveled from afar to view their sons at play.
A large crowd attended a Republican Club reception at the Pastime Club on Wednesday evening. Candidates spoke at length on various topics including the Courts with Judge Young delivering a notable address and Miss Mary Schuyler Hamilton of Elmsford entertaining with wit and insight.
Next Thursday November 10 from 3 to 10 PM the Friendly Hour Bazaar will be held at Union Chapel East Irvington. Items include aprons fancy work candy ice cream cake groceries Xmas cards. No grab bag. paper oranges on a tree offer chances for a set price. Admission ten cents.
