Special Meeting Debates 27 Acre Park Purchase Funds
The Board of Trustees discusses valuation of 27 acres proposed for park use with federal aid possibly covering 20 percent, while residents’ restrictions may apply. Officials note long term tax impact would be minor and land for recreation could be cheaper than future services, with potential增 resale value. Mrs Hersey Ricker and Mrs Yosephine DiGiorgio receive arts degree. Commencement exercises at a Tarrytown college cited.
