Steep Hollow Restorations launches the final phase of Philipsburg Manor Upper Mills restoration in North Tarrytown New York. A 2200 foot dam across the Pocantico River is funded awarded to Henry E Wise Co Massachusetts with an estimated 217101 dollars and completion planned for late 1954. The project will re create the water powered mill pond and precede rebuilding a grist mill wharves warehouse manor house while restoring period authenticity and educational value.
