Lost-On Decoration Day Watch Reward Notice

A small silver enamel watch with a fleur-de lis pin was lost on Decoration Day near an empty house behind Ardsley-on-Hudson station. A ten dollar reward is offered for reporting to Miss V Bryant at 472 Franklin Street Buffalo NY or to Postmaster Martha at Irvington Post Office. Also included are notes on local social visits, club activities, and a savings bank interest offer dated June 1917.

St Barnabas Choir Boys Concert At Town Hall Irvington

The sixteenth annual Choir Boys Concert will be held in Town Hall Irvington on Thursday June 14 at 8 pm. This year combines the choirs of All Angels Church New York and St Barnabas under Harry Woodstock with Russian selections and folk songs. The program includes The Cherubic Hymn O Light Divine and other works, with harp solos by Mildred Dilling and soprano solos by Master Russell Tompkins. Local notes mention Mia Victor Clearwater visiting from Lake Monde and Foresters convention delegate Wm Fallon in Albany. A lost bicycle notice from Ardsley-on-Hudson appears toward the end.
