Death of Joseph McDowell shocks Irvington community
Joseph McDowell died suddenly at his home 85 Rainstree Irvington after a coronary condition. A Chevrolet inspector in Tarrytown, he had been ill at Dobbs Ferry Hospital and released Saturday. Funeral services were held at Hope Presbyterian Church Pennybridge with Rev. James H. Gillespie.
