The Irvington League of Women Voters will present A Report to the Village Recreation in Irvington at an open meeting on Wednesday, March 13 at 8 15 p m in the Isabel K Benjamin Community Center, followed by a tour of the building. Committee members Nerses Almoian Ronald Chase Roland Glasser Joseph Rowan John Lovercool and Robert Whitman will share reports on parks public recreation facilities school recreation facilities church recreation facilities and recreation structures in other communities. Trustees, Citizens Group Urges $610,000 Water Upgrade
A citizens committee and all five Irvington Trustees recommended today a major overhaul of the village water system including mains and pipes.
