A new patrol of Boy Scouts of America in Troop No 2, Irvington, invites youths aged twelve to thirteen to apply in writing to Lieut-Col F T Hill. All applications must be received by February 5 to be considered, as announced by Scoutmaster J Woop Rutter and Assistant Scoutmaster A Loharmon on February 10, 1919.
