Pita Grill exits Crossroads after lease dispute
After more than five years at Crossroads shopping center, Pita Grill closed last month following a dispute with owner Irvine Co. Court records show rising rent notices and a Feb lawsuit seeking owed sums. Irvine Co. counters that the closure was not about fit, and aims to replace with a new Mediterranean restaurant.
