Irvine High Sings West Coast Premiere of Celestial Fire
Irvine High School receives national attention as Tina Peterson leads over 200 students in four premieres at a spring concert. Celestial Fire by Thomas Cabaniss debuted on the West Coast with Irvine High premiering a soprano alto tenor bass edition. The event also featured Sean McNamara and Ron Soderwall premieres and included middle school performers from Venado as part of a broader effort to expand high school choral repertoire and nurture future arts audiences.
