Tragic Murder At Middisburg
William Vander Wilt murdered his wife at a breakfast table one mile west and two north of Middisburg Sioux County. He assaulted her with chairs during a religious frenzy and four chairs were broken. she lay in a pool of blood. Vander Wilt was captured and taken to Cherokee after being examined by an insane commission. Holden’s corn gospel train lecture arrives March 16 in Treton at 8 AM drawing farmers and business people.
