G N Bartlett admitted conducting a gambling house in Ireton and was fined 100 dollars plus costs and jailed until payment. His appeal bond was set at 250 dollars. The total cost neared 230 dollars. The guardianship case of Fred Reach, 71, worth about 7500 dollars, drew interest as his daughter sought control over his assets for a feeble minded ward.
