Mr and Mrs Louie Johnson of Minnesota vistied relatives near Brunsville. Emil Nessius and children Lenice and Merle of Le Mars visited Mrs Dena Diediker Friday. George Miller and families from Ruble visited John Johnson Sunday. Eddie Borchers and sons Kenneth and Charles and Henry Borchers Jr of Ruble visited William Borchers Sunday. Art Knorr and children Virgil and Paul from Le Mars visited Dick Assem near Craig Thursday. Dance at Chatsworth Saturday. Louie Plueger of Brunsville, under doctor care, improving. Myrtle Diediker returned to Brunsville after visiting Edn Johnson in Holstein. Mrs William Borchers and daughter Marie of near Akron called in LeMars Tuesday. Wedding dance at Brunsville Tuesday night hosted by Walter Klemme and Norman Heeren, recently married. Herb Morris and sons Robert and Richard of Westfield shopped in LeMars Saturday. Relatives and friends noted Jack Mattas’s birthday Sunday.
The infant daughter of Mr and Mrs William Hartman was christened Janice Jean on Wednesday. Sunday visitors at the J D Hauschild home included Mr and Mrs John Hauschild Sr of Le Mars and Mr and Mrs George Bor.
Fredonia residents hosted and visited relatives across Marcus LeMars Sheldon Carnes and surrounding towns. Attendees included Petersen Mortensen Juhl Lundgren Kloster Nielsen and Walinga families along with others sharing meals and short trips.
