Bones Stolen From Plant West of Ireton Traced to Brig City

A truckload of bones was stolen Friday evening from the RU'Fendering plant owned by Linn Houltén, three miles west of Ireton. The bones were traced and sold for fifty dollars cash in Brig City. Mee Houlton is pursuing the thieves and seeking missing evidence. Nearby, residents and travelers visited relatives and attended holiday gatherings, including trips to Sioux City, Garner, and LeMars, with various families hosting and traveling over the holidays.
