Mr and Mrs Harnest Reeves of Germantown spent the day in Buntyley with her parents, Mr and Mrs George Osborne. Miss Blaine Donnin stays with her grandmother Martha Cook. The Reeves, George and Clarence, and Cletus brought Miss Pearl Reeves home from Colorado on Sunday night. Mr and Mrs Van Gelder of Rock Rapids visited Elmer De Raad’s family. Vernon De Raad stays with his brothers Elmer and Alfred. W M Kennedy and daughter Doris and son Dennis of Hawarden visited the De Raad home. B J Rubberstein and wife of Okardie Oklahoma were guests of Their cousins Eimer De Raad. Harvest continues with many threshing machines in fields. yield is good.
The Ludiea Aid Society planned a meeting with Mrs red Pech on August 7. Clinton Knowlton of Town City, recently in Ireton for several weeks, returned home Tuesday and stopped briefly at the W. I. Henrich home. Miss Matilde Bruna accompanied him for a one week visit.
