31st Annual Cooperative Meeting Set at Armory

Mrs Floyd Vogel reports the 31st Annual meeting of the Cooperative Electric Power and Light Co. will be held Wednesday May 7 at 12 30 at the National Guard Armory. Elmer Nichols is president of the Cooperative. A fair crowd attended the Schuster sale last Monday. Weather was chilly and winter coats were comfortable. Johnny Harrington returned to El Dorado after a few days at home due to illness. Lester Bennett and Jerry Hoddy of Wichita visited Claude Bennett’s home last weekend. Raymond Springston Rene Weills and Jim Springston of Wichita and Emporia visited their mother Doris Vogel and Wade. Gene Kessler was admitted to Allen County Hospital Friday.
