Pioneer Woman Dies at Crook County Ranch

Mrs. I. KE. Mortenson died Tuesday night at the Mortenson ranch home fourteen miles southwest of Belle Fourche from a complication of disease. Survived by several children, she was a pioneer resident of eastern Crook county who had lived on the ranch for over twenty years. All section teachers are urged to attend a 2 PM meeting in the Hulett high school room to organize a regional teachers association to improve conditions for teachers and pupils. John Clason continues with sugar factory contractors in Sheridan and may transfer to Mile City or Great Falls with contracts. C M Russell visits from Massachusetts and enjoys the country, plans to return.
