Armistice Day Reception Honors Ex-Service Men at Huzett

About 200 people attended the Armistice day reception at Rebekah hall in Huzett on Tuesday evening despite temperatures around ten degrees below zero. The event honored ex-service men with flags bunting and pictures of Wilson and Pershing. A program followed with addresses music and a prayer. The notice also covers Wyoming day December 10th teacher opportunities and credential rules in the Wyoming 1919 school laws. Catherine A. McBuany is County Superintendent.

Moore School Opens with New Principal and Pupils Enrolled

Ellen dale reports the Moore school opened November 3 with Miss Helen Alter in charge and nineteen pupils enrolled. A girl was born to Mr and Mrs Frank Ownby on November 4. John Dandy is on the sick list this week. C L Tate returned from Rapid City after medical treatment. Verna Woodard Edward and Bertha Fowlks joined the Moore school this week.
