A Friday morning start was delayed by high river levels. A large crowd gathered for community singing at W. L. Wright's School. The ninth grade read Scott’s Lady of the Lake while the seventh grade finished Evangeline and began Whittier’s Snow Bound. There was no school Monday due to a blizzard.
