Mrs. Clyde Roberts died at her home Sunday. Ralph Tinkcom and wife return from Thompson Creek. Earnest Fowlkes has returned from Casper where she spent the winter. Mrs. Bob Tate was ill. Jobo Handrup was in Alva on business. J K Cook repaired telephones in Alva. Hen Colvin went to Spearfish and returned. Vic French will apply for a surgeon license. Charlie Shaul plans to handle his advertising. Mray Dimimick's sister arrived for a visit.

Horse and Mule Market Sees Strong Week Sales Near 517
The market sold 517 horses and mules this week with buyers from Illinois Texas and New York. Idaho shipments weighed 1200 to 1450 pounds averaging 145 to 197 dollars. A mare sold for 220 dollars at the next special sale on March list. A 300 head stock from Mills Construction Co Casper Wyoming to be sold later.
