Henry Guthrie Dies at Home After Illness

Henry S. Guthrie died at his home last Sunday morning March 3 after several weeks of rheumatism. He was born April 22, 1851 in Norton Caroline and married Emma Lewis on April 8, 1858. They had nine children, six daughters and three sons. Surviving are his wife and children Genevieve, Ora, Ethel, Irene, Harry, Arthur, Royden, Pearl, and Ivey. brother Andrew of Crook County also survives. Funeral services were held at Hulett church Tuesday afternoon by Rev. J. M. Brown with interment in Hulett cemetery. A large crowd attended the service.
