Union iteme Wollie Simon is on the sick list this week. We had a glorious rain Wednesday night and are thankful. Several residents mentioned include R. W. Rakeshaw visiting Sundance on business, Mrs. Dollie Ripley calling on Mrs. Simon and Mrs. R J Marshall, J S Lebo delivering laths and stucco to finish his house, and R J Marshall planning to drive an automobile through his corn field to clean weeds. A crowd gathered at the Tower last Sunday, Walter Miller is hauling flooring and fencing from Merricks mill, Mrs. John Morris of Belle Fourche vacationed on Beaver Creek, A Woodcock labors on his ranch, Lizzie Patten of Alya was thrown from a horse but expected to recover, and Mrs. South decorated her father's grave in Belle Fourche for Decoration Day. her father John Marchant drowned during a flood years ago.
