From all corners of what is known as the West come weather reports of all kinds. The crop outlook about here is at present encouraging with hope for favorable conditions. Other localities report varied results, but the Hulett country remains hopeful despite a mixed regional picture.

Lawrence of Hulett Crook County Wyoming filed notice of intention to make final five year proof to establish his homestead claim on the lands described in sections 3 and 10 township 54 west range 65 west 6th P M before U S commissioner Herman H Gunderson at Hulett on July 5 1911. Witnesses include Ebenezer B Proctor Ed D Kerer John A Lawrence and Ralph Tinkcom all of Hulett.
Henry H. Haskins of Forest Crook County Wyoming filed for final five year proof to establish his homestead claim. He entered July 30 1907 for the lot and section in Township 53 North Range 64 West and will appear before U S Commissioner Herman H. Gunderson at Hulett Wyoming July 1 1911. Witnesses include George P. Butts of Hulett and William H. Hollister Antoine Fort and Emile Fort of Forest Wyoming.
The Spearfish State Normal School in South Dakota announces expanded programs for 1911 12 with admission for all ages and abilities in the Training School or Normal Department. Certificates rise from first through life based on completed years and teaching months, with ages eighteen required for any certificate. The faculty grows to thirty one, new equipment funded, and library holdings expanded to about two thousand volumes. Brown must answer within twenty days after the fourth publication with proof of service or face cancellation without hearing.
Herman H. Kiehl of Hulett Wyoming filed a sworn statement and timber land purchase application No 4742 under the Timber and Stone Act. Land in sections 24 and 26 township 1N range 4W will be appraisal at 600.00 and final proof set for August 11 1911 before U S Commissioner H H Gunderson at Hulett.
