Structure 16 by 21 feet on stone or cement foundation rough lumber with weather boarding lath and plaster finish two windows each room two doors red brick chimney two privies 5 by 5 feet fully finished with ceiling and wain coating three and a half feet high painted in red white or brick red. Fence described 40 rods with 8 foot posts braced corners. Material to be first class. Bond required. Board reserves right to reject bids.
