School District No 10 figures show growing needs
The Crook County clerk reports 1908 186 months with 348 pupils for 7570.24, 1909 247 months with 453 pupils for 9820.00, and 1910 26 to 30 7 month schools with 519 pupils cost unknown. The school board will need a larger appropriation to run schools, as newcomers and property increase the tax base. Citizens should consider implications before the school meeting.
