The column reports Elery McCullough and family staying in Belk Fourche where he works in the barber trade. Roy McCullough adds to his house and residents plan turnout of voters. Mr Vern J Gilbert plans to establish a home stead by April 20 from Michigan. A group of young men shot toward Roy White’s residence. Mrs White detained them and they paid all costs after explaining they were shooting at a dog. A reminder to think twice before speaking or shooting.
A reward of five dollars each is offered for the recovery of two branded horses. A four year old sorrel gelding with a blaze and two white legs, and a two year old chestnut sorrel filly, both branded on the left shoulder. Last seen on the river between Belle Fourche and Helett.
