Governor Kendrick placed a state quarantine banning livestock shipments except horses mules and asses from non quarantined areas with a health certificate. Violations carry a fine of 1000 to 10000 dollars. The rule, effective April 1, drew mixed views while Crook County seeks expert County Agent guidance.
The Wyoming legislature created a county livestock inspector to protect the stock industry and ensure trained oversight. The Tribune warns commissioners against political influence in appointments and urges selection by knowledgeable stockmen rather than politicians.
Community youth social features piano solos by Mrs Gunderson and Helen Durfee, vocal by Charley Brown, readings by Rev Brown and Merrill Brown. Games amusements Ice cream and cake 15 cents admission free. Tuesday evening at Oddfellows Hall.
Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Garman left last Saturday for Moorcroft to visit a few days before returning to their old home in Nebraska. They have spent the past years nearby with their children and many friends will miss them from church and Sunday school.

The Alva Creamery started operations last Monday and completed its first churning yesterday, yielding 177 pounds. The new industry adds to local resources and is seen as valuable to property owners nationwide.
On Sunday April 25 he conducts services at New Haven at 10 AM and at the Watson school house at 3 PM. Friday evening at 8 o'clock another service is planned at the TS school house with a cordial invitation extended to all.

Harry H Hall died at his home near Whitetail Creek on April 20 at age 74 years 10 months and 14 days. Born in Orange County New York he served 43 months as a Civil War volunteer under General Sickles. He married Sarah Jaral in 1869 and had nine children, four predeceased him. Funeral was at Hulett church with interment in Hulett cemetery. Ed Woolfolk injured his right wrist in a car crank accident near Dan Roberts' ranch. Magazine clubbing offer remains for Globe subscribers.

An obituary notes William Nathan Troctor born July 24 1830 in Essex County New York died April 13 1915 at 84. He married Elizabeth Edwards in Cambridge Illinois December 19 1864 and leaves nine children including Mrs W A Ripley Frank William A B J and Home. The family moved to Wyoming in 1801 and settled locally.
The Globe published a note of gratitude for sympathy and kindness shown after the bereavement of Mrs. Elizabeth Proctor and the children.
The 96th anniversary of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows is observed in the United States on April 26. Hulett Lodge and the Daughters of Rebekah plan Sunday evening services at 7 30 in the lodge hall with a program including invocation, songs, histories, a vocal solo, and address by J M Brown. Public invited. no church services that evening.
A $50 reward is offered for information leading to the conviction of those trapping or trespassing on the W. W. and J. L. Driskill Formaldehyde premises at the New Store. The notice requests tips to identify and prosecute the intruders.
